Create IDM Provisioning File

• After IDM LCM is installed, we can start the provisioning wizard to create a response file which specifies the parameters for all IDM components to use.

./idmProvisioningWizard.sh &

• In Create Response File screen, select create a new identity management environment provisioning response file

• In Product List screen, select everything in the product list (default)

• In Install Location screen, put the folder as below.

  • The Software Repository Location field is the <STAGE> folder; it must contain installers folder under it.

• In Node Topology screen, select Single Host, and put the FQDM of the FAIDM node as Host Name

• In Common Passwards screen, set Welcome1 for all IDM users

• In OID Configuration screen, put the ID Store Realm DN as dc=[hostname], dc=[domain], dc=[top-level domain]

• Use default setting in ODSM and OHS screens

• In OIM Configuration screen, take the default settings. Cookie Domain is .[hostname].[domain].[top-level domain].

• In OID ID Store DB Configuration screen, enter the FADB database info. The SYS password is Welcome1.

• Use default settings for the rest of the screens. Finally the response file is generated:

Change IDSTORE values in provisioning.rsp

• These 3 parameters are at the end of the file. Replace those values:
